About the Event
The Challenge Esprit Montréal will take place from September 11 to 13, 2026, at the Olympic Basin of Parc Jean-Drapeau. This iconic triathlon event celebrates 42 years of heritage in Québec, combining competition and camaraderie. It attracts athletes of all levels, from beginners to professionals, in a festive and dynamic atmosphere.
The Course
The course is primarily on road, offering a flat terrain suitable for triathletes of all levels. Participants can choose from four distances:
- Initiation: 375 m swim, 10 km bike, 2.5 km run
- Sprint: 750 m swim, 20 km bike, 5 km run
- Olympic: 1.5 km swim, 40 km bike, 10 km run
- Demi-Esprit: 1.9 km swim, 90 km bike, 21.1 km run
