The Défis du Parc, now in its 19th edition, takes place in the beautiful Mauricie National Park in Shawinigan. This event brings together participants of all levels, from competitive athletes to recreational enthusiasts, in a warm and friendly atmosphere. The Course

The Défis du Parc offers a variety of courses to suit all tastes, whether running or biking. Participants can expect varied terrain, including trails and roads, with interesting elevation changes to spice up their experience. Here are the distances offered:

• 4 km — Generations Walk
• 7 km — Trail Run
• 14 km — Trail Run
