About the Event
The Témis Ultra is a running event that takes place at Opémican Park, offering a festive and friendly atmosphere. It is aimed at everyone, from seasoned athletes to casual walkers, allowing each participant to cover the distance of their choice at their own pace. Sanctioned by Athlétisme Québec since 2023, this event showcases the Témiscamingue landscape while promoting physical activity and socialization.
The Course
The course consists of 6 km loops, featuring varied terrain with rolling sections and more technical trails. Each loop has an elevation gain of approximately 180 m, with the first aid station located at the halfway point. The distances offered are as follows:

- 12 hr
- 3 hr
Practical Notes
- Site opens at 7:30 AM and closes at 10:00 PM.
- Pre-race speech at 8:50 AM, with the start at 9:00 AM for all races.
- Registration recommended before the event to pick up your bib.
- Refreshments available throughout the course.
- Podiums will take place at different times depending on the events.
