About the Event
The Mad Trapper Mica Run is a trail race that celebrates runners and their four-legged companions. With a friendly atmosphere, this event emphasizes fun and community while supporting the animal rescue efforts of The ARK. The Course
The course consists of single tracks, offering an authentic running experience in nature. Participants can choose from three distances:
- 3 km "Hound Hike" - Ideal for those who want to enjoy the scenery with their four-legged friends.
- 5 km "Sweet Spot" - A loop that allows you to break a sweat while still having time to socialize after the race.
- 10 km "Endurance Junkie" - For those looking for a more intense challenge and wanting to tire out their dog for the trip back.
Practical Notes
- Dogs are welcome, but their presence is not mandatory to participate.
- Custom plaques will be awarded to all participants.
- Prizes are awarded by draw, so just participating gives you a chance to win.
- A post-race feast with burgers, brownies, beer, and ice cream awaits the runners.
