The Foulée des Parcs will take place on June 14, 2026, at Parc Outremont, offering a family-friendly and intergenerational atmosphere. This event is perfect for all levels, from beginners to experienced athletes. It features performance races as well as a walk for seniors and a family challenge. In addition to the races, the Ciné-Foulée, a screening of inspiring films, enhances the experience with an ecological commitment.
The Course
The courses of the Foulée des Parcs are primarily urban and traverse the beautiful parks of Outremont. The distances offered include:
- 1 km
- 2 km
- 5 km
- 10 km
The terrain is suitable for everyone, and the races are sanctioned by the Fédération Québécoise d’Athlétisme.
