About the Event
The FRAS Challenge, in its 17th edition, will take place at Wilson Park in Coteau-du-Lac. This family-friendly event offers courses suitable for both experienced runners and those new to running. Under the honorary presidency of Olympic athlete Jean-Luc Brassard, it promotes solidarity and team building with a corporate challenge that pairs teams with individuals living with an intellectual disability or autism.
The Course
Participants will have the choice of three marked distances: 1 km, 5 km, and 10 km. The course takes place on the road, providing accessible terrain for everyone.

Practical Notes
- Online registration until May 1, 2026, no on-site registration.
- Race bib distribution on-site, arrive at least 45 minutes before your start time.
- Limited parking, carpooling recommended.
