About the Event

The ÉPIQ Triathlon stands out for its friendly atmosphere and extreme challenge. Participants commit to taking on a significant challenge in semi-autonomy while supporting a community cause through fundraising. This event is certified EcoTQ Silver, highlighting its commitment to the environment.

The Course

The course takes place in a breathtaking natural setting, including a segment of open water swimming in Lake Memphrémagog, followed by a gravel bike route on the picturesque roads of the Canton of Potton. The running segment includes trails and the ascent of Owl's Head Mountain, with a significant elevation gain.

• ÉPIQ Triathlon: 1.9 km swimming, 90 km biking, 21 km running
• ÉPIQ OLY+ Triathlon: 1.5 km swimming, 45 km biking, 10 km running
• ÉPIQ SPRINT+ Triathlon: 0.75 km swimming, 26 km biking, 5 km running
• Duathlon: 10 km running, 90 km biking, 21 km running
