About the Event

The Saint-Lambert Triathlon / Duathlon is a sporting celebration that is in its 36th edition in 2026. It is aimed at everyone, from young people aged 6 to 15 to adults aged 16 and over, with events tailored for beginners and seasoned athletes. The warm and friendly atmosphere attracts many participants and spectators, creating a large sporting gathering on the South Shore of Montréal.

The Course

The course takes place around the municipal pool of the waterway, offering a safe and accessible environment. The events include pool swimming, followed by fast bike courses and running in the park. The distances offered are:

• Swimming: 0.1 km, 0.3 km, 0.5 km
• Running: 2.5 km, 5 km, 10.5 km, 21 km

Practical Notes

• Registration available online.
• Post-race snacks provided for all participants.
• Green medals for the top 3 in each category (except Youth events 1, 2, 3, 4).
• Timed results and official results provided.
• Arena silicone swim cap given to all participants.
