The Course
The course takes place in the beautiful Parc des Rapides, offering a unique experience by the Saint-Laurent River. The events include:
- Triathlon: swim + bike + run
- Duathlon: run + bike + run
- Running: 10 km, 5 km, 1 km
The swimming course is secure and takes place in a peaceful section of the river, while the bike and running courses allow participants to discover the picturesque landscapes of the region.
