The Lasalle Triathlon is back in full force on August 23, 2026! It is an event that welcomes athletes of all levels, from beginners to seasoned triathletes. The Course

The course takes place in the beautiful Parc des Rapides, offering a unique experience by the Saint-Laurent River. The events include:

• Triathlon: swim + bike + run
• Duathlon: run + bike + run
• Running: 10 km, 5 km, 1 km

The swimming course is secure and takes place in a peaceful section of the river, while the bike and running courses allow participants to discover the picturesque landscapes of the region.
