Trail Pro-Forma

About the Event

The Trail Pro-Forma, now in its 11th edition, takes place at Mont Gleason and is open to runners of all levels. With events ranging from 1 km for children to the D+ challenge of 12 hours, the event offers a friendly and dynamic atmosphere. It’s a perfect opportunity to push your limits while enjoying nature.

The Course

The course primarily takes place on trails, featuring varied terrain that includes ascents and descents. Participants can choose from several distances:

• 1 km (children)
• 2.5 km
• 5 km
• 10 km
• 18 km
• 28 km
• D+ Challenge (12 hours)

The D+ challenge features ascents of 184 m per climb, allowing runners to maximize their positive elevation gain while having fun.

Practical Notes

• Online registration available with the option to fundraise for teams.
• Race bib pickup on the day of the event.
• Mandatory equipment for the 28 km: capacity to hold at least 500 ml of liquid.
• Entertainment and a friendly atmosphere throughout the day.
• A podium ceremony is scheduled for 6:45 PM for the winners of the various events.
