The Trail du Massif du Sud is a must-attend event for trail running enthusiasts. This 9th edition, presented by Desjardins, takes place in the beautiful Parc du Massif du Sud, offering an exceptional natural setting. Participants can expect varied challenges on technical courses, suitable for different skill levels.

The Course

The events mainly take place on technical trails, with few wide paths. The distances offered are as follows:

• 32 km
• 22 km
• 11 km
• 6 km
• 2 km (reserved for children)

The courses include notable climbs, such as the Crête des Grives and Mount Saint-Magloire, the highest peak in the region. Get ready to face physical challenges on demanding terrain.
