About the Event
The Tour du Lac Brome Sun Life is one of the most iconic races in the Eastern Townships region. Each year, it attracts over 2,500 participants who come to run or walk in the charming village of Knowlton. The event takes place over two days, offering a friendly and festive atmosphere for runners of all levels.
The Course
The courses are mainly on roads and can be hilly, providing an interesting challenge for participants. Please note that the courses are subject to change at any time. Here are the available distances:
- 1 km
- 5 km
- 10 km
- 12 km
- 21.1 km
Practical Notes
- Registration is open until May 12, 2026, to receive a t-shirt included; after this date, an additional cost will apply.
- Address: Parc des Lions, 37 Chemin du Centre, Knowlton, QC J0E 1V0.
- Corral opening: 7:40 AM for the longer distances and 8:10 AM for the others.
- Time limit of 2 h for the events.
- Recommended age: 16 years and older for the 21.1 km, 14 years and older for the 10 km.
