About the Event
The Relentless Trail Race, held at The ARK in the Outaouais, is one of Canada's most iconic trail races, having started in 2003. Known for its warm and community-oriented atmosphere, it offers various distances ranging from 3 km to 50 km, attracting both families and seasoned runners. Participants can expect breathtaking landscapes, especially with the fall colors at their peak.
The Course
The course consists of single tracks through the hills of Gatineau, featuring twists, roots, rocks, and elevation changes. The distances offered are as follows:
- 3 km "Try a Trail"
- 5 km "Mad" Race
- 10 km "Crazed" Race
- 21 km "Insanity"
- 30 km "Hybrid"
- 50 km "Ultra"
Each race presents unique challenges, ranging from technical climbs to flatter sections, all set in a beautiful natural environment.
