The Vallée du Parc Trail, taking place on June 27, 2026, is a trail running event in the heart of Mauricie. With a festive and family-friendly atmosphere, it offers courses suitable for all levels, whether for beginners or more experienced runners. The start and finish will be at the base of the Vallée du Parc ski resort, where fun and entertainment will be on the agenda.
The Course
The Vallée du Parc Trail offers several trail courses, allowing participants to discover the beauty of the surrounding landscapes. Each distance presents a unique challenge and varied elevation:
- 1 km — Introduction for children and beginners (elevation of 26 m, walking allowed).
- 5 km — The Achievable, ideal for youth and athletes interested in short distances (elevation of 223 m, walking allowed).
- 10 km — The Motivating, for advanced runners who enjoy technical courses (elevation of 389 m, running only).
- 21 km — The Tough One, a challenge for seasoned runners (elevation to be confirmed, running only).
Practical Notes
- Registration deadline: June 25 at midnight.
- Strava courses will be available in the runner's guide.
- Parents can accompany children on the 1 km course without registration.
