The Défi de Taillon takes place in the beautiful Parc National de la Pointe de Taillon, offering a friendly and family-oriented atmosphere. It is a perfect opportunity for runners of all ages to come together and challenge themselves in an exceptional natural setting. Participants can choose from several distances, ranging from 1 km to 10 km, allowing everyone to find a challenge that suits them.

The Course

The course mainly takes place on natural trails, offering a mix of picturesque landscapes and varied challenges. Runners can expect hilly terrain, with views of the lake and the surrounding forest. The distances offered are as follows:

• 5 km
• 10 km

Practical Notes

• Registration can be done online or on-site, with fees varying according to the chosen distance.
• A permanent bib is available for an additional cost, required to participate in the races.
• Wearing headphones is prohibited for safety reasons during all events.
