Demi-marathon Sunlife de St-Jean-sur-Richelieu

About the Event

The Sun Life Half Marathon of Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu takes place on April 12, 2026, in the heart of the streets of Vieux-Saint-Jean, along the beautiful Richelieu River. It is a great opportunity to celebrate the arrival of spring by running or walking under the theme of maple syrup. The event attracts runners of all levels, offering a festive and friendly atmosphere.

The Course

The courses are primarily on road and may be modified at any time. Here are the distances offered:

• 1.5 km
• 5 km
• 10 km
• 21.1 km

The start and finish take place at Parc Gerry-Boulet, providing a pleasant setting for participants.

Practical Notes

• Registration opens at 6 a.m. on the day of the event.
• Packet pickup: until 7:15 a.m. for the 21.1 km, 10:45 a.m. for the 10 km, 7:45 a.m. for the 5 km, and 11:15 a.m. for the 1 km.
• A secure area to drop off your personal belongings is available.
• Water and electrolyte stations are provided throughout the course.
• Pacing rabbits are present to help runners achieve their goals.
• Carpooling is strongly encouraged.
