The Défi des Semelles d'Acton Vale is back for a festive and family-friendly day. Whether you're an experienced runner or participating for the first time, this event is designed for all ages and skill levels. Get ready to take on the challenge on June 14, 2026, at the Acton Vale Sports Center.
The Course
The course takes place on roads and is suitable for all participants. The events include:
- 1 km — Start at 10:30 AM, 1 km loop.
- 2 km — Start at 10:30 AM, 2 km loop.
- 5 km — Start at 9:15 AM, aid station available.
- 10 km — Start at 9:00 AM, aid station available.
Podiums will be awarded by age category for the timed events.
Practical Notes
- Registrations available online and on-site (limited number of bibs).
- Fees vary depending on the event and the time of registration.
- Participation medal for all children.
- Walking is allowed for the 1, 2, and 5 km distances.
- Animals are prohibited, except for service dogs.
