The Course
The Challenge Cap Québec course is mostly flat and takes place primarily on roads, with stunning views of the surrounding nature. The events include different distances, allowing everyone to find their challenge:
- Sprint: 25.1 km (750 m swim, 20 km bike, 5 km run)
- Olympic: 51.5 km (1,500 m swim, 40 km bike, 10 km run)
- Half: 113 km (1,900 m swim, 90 km bike, 21.1 km run)
- Full: 226 km (3,800 m swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km run)
