The Challenge Cap Québec is a triathlon competition that will take place from June 26 to 28, 2026. This event attracts athletes of all levels, offering a dynamic and festive atmosphere. The Course

The Challenge Cap Québec course is mostly flat and takes place primarily on roads, with stunning views of the surrounding nature. The events include different distances, allowing everyone to find their challenge:

• Sprint: 25.1 km (750 m swim, 20 km bike, 5 km run)
• Olympic: 51.5 km (1,500 m swim, 40 km bike, 10 km run)
• Half: 113 km (1,900 m swim, 90 km bike, 21.1 km run)
• Full: 226 km (3,800 m swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km run)
